Xpslabs provides spectroscopic surface analysis, X-ray diffraction testing, and electrochemical corrosion measurements for passivated steel alloys. All analyses are performed on samples submitted by the client. Reports include raw data, interpretation, and conclusions based on current scientific standards.
The client must provide accurate sample history, handling conditions, and any relevant background data. Samples must be shipped in compliance with applicable regulations. Xpslabs is not liable for results affected by incomplete or incorrect sample information.
Xpslabs liability is limited to the cost of the specific analysis performed. We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use or interpretation of test results, including material failure, production delays, or financial losses.
All analytical methods, software, and proprietary databases used by Xpslabs remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their sample data and may request its return or destruction after the service is completed.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Xpslabs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client violates these terms, fails to pay, or submits hazardous materials without disclosure.
